Authorization and Processing of Personal Data

The client expressly authorizes LUCIERNAGA & ASOCIADOS SOCIEDAD ANONIMA CERRADA, identified with RUC No. 20609213770 and domiciled at Cal. Michigan Nro. 105 Dpt. 4 Urb. La Rinconada del Lago, Lima, Peru, to manage and process their personal data provided through the contact channels of our agency. Personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with current data protection regulations in Peru.

The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

• Sending commercial information, promotions, and advertising related to our services and products.
• Conducting commercial prospecting for the identification of new business opportunities.
• Storage and processing of data for statistical and/or historical purposes to improve our services.

The data will be processed indefinitely until the client requests its cancellation or revokes the authorization granted.

→ Exercise of ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition)

The client has the right to exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) regarding their personal data. To exercise these rights, the client must send a request that includes:

• Full name.
• Documents proving their identity.
• Clear and precise description of the data on which they wish to exercise their rights.
• Address or contact medium to receive the response to their request.

Said request must be sent to the email info@promptivedev.com, or to our physical address indicated in Lima, Peru.

If the client considers that their request has not been addressed properly, they may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data in Peru.
